The meeting was called to order by Jeff Olsen at 6:00 p.m.
MOVED by Chris SECONDED by Javier to approve the agenda as written. All in favor

MOVED by Savanna SECONDED by Mekayla to approve the minutes as written. All in

Discussion of Fundraiser Dinner on Feb. 26 Table sponsors for $300, couples for $35,
and singles for $25. Keep retrieving donating items for the silent and live auction! Sell
your tickets as well!
MOVED by Heidi SECONDED by Carrie to have a legislative meeting for the white
paper Wednesday, January 26 at Spm @ city hall. All in favor MOTION CARRIED
MOVED by Savanna SECONDED by Christopher to make Brianna Baker as the
spokesperson for Hopes Door. All in favor MOTION CARRIED
MOVED by Bianca SECONDED by Carrie to have a get together at Jeffls Olsen's house
at 1509 Oregon Ave. A sign-up sheet for food will be handed out at the next meeting. All
in favor MOTION CARRIED
