Mayor's Youth Advisory Council Meeting
December 1, 2010

Attendance: Jeff Olsen, Jose Ambriz, Davis Crookham, Cassie Shuey, Heidi Olsen,
Brandon Allen, Stephanie Krantz, Brianna Baker, Kelsey Lowe, Tenley Ozuna, Seth
Taylor, Michael Laxson, Kayla D, Taylor Jensen, Bianca Stevenson, Austin Nava,
Chrissie Ireland.
Excused: Savanna Mesch, Sidney Wise and Yuliya Inchina
The meeting was called to order by Jeff Olsen at 6:00 p.m.
MOVED by Javier SECONDED by Heidi to change the names on the agenda for
Salvation Army Bell Ringing. All in favor MOTION CARRIED
MOVED by Michael SECONDED by Seth to approve the agenda as written. All in favor

Update of the Night Light Parade Float: Parade starts at 6 p.m.
Salvation Bell Ringing Reminders: Dec. 3 and Dec. lO
Send in requests for the D.C. trip in March to Susan Miller.
Reminders on Boards and Committee Meetings: Those on the boards attend your
meetings
Festival of Choirs: Remember to help pass out refreshments on Dec. 18
