The meeting was called to order by Chairman Luke Sypherd at 6:00 p.m.
AGENDA
MOVED by Megan and SECONDED by Lauren Valentine to approve the minutes as
written. All in favor MOTION CARRIED
Amendments: Bryer Johnson and Ann Maria Obendorf were in attendance. Spelling
corrections: Oates, Valentine
MOVED by Lauren and SECONDED by Jose to approve the amendments.
Presentation: Roger Aguiler from Intermountain Community Bank discussed how we can
make the funder raiser dinner a success. He also showed an inspirational video on Tom's
Shoes. Everyone needs to get out there and get more auction items. Items should be taken
to ICB. Executive Committee and Washington DC attendees are required to help.
Update on White Paper: A Constitutional Federal Balance Budget
Petitions were handed out to get signatures.
Finance Update:
MOVED by Madison and SECONDED by Carrie to approve the budget and
expenditures.
DC trip will cost approximately $7000 per person.
MOVED by Lauren and SECONDED by Maria to approve proposed DC expenditures
