Lot 6, Block 3, Upland Park Addition to Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, according to the plat thereof filed December 10, 1906 in Book 2 of Plats at Page 28, records of said County and adjacent right -of -way, all being further described as follows; BEGINNING at the NE comer of the NW % (North Ye comer) of Section 2, T3N, R3W, SM; thence S 00 °31'29° W, 345.64 feet along the East line of said NW Y•; thence N 69 °59'35 W, 25.00 feet to the SE comer of said Lot 6, Block 3; thence continuing N 89 0 69'35° W. 636.60 feet along the South line of sold Lot 6, Block 3 to the SW comer of said Lot 6, Block 3; thence N 00 0 31'42° E. 320.87 feet to the NW comer of said Lot 6, Block 3; thence continuing N 00 0 31'42° E, 50.00 feet to the SW comer of Lot 6, Block 2 of said Upland Park Addition; thence S 89 0 58'24' E, 636.78 feet along the South line of said Lot 6, Block 2 to the SE corner of said Lot 6, Block 2; thence continuing S 89 058'24 E, 25.00 feet to a point on the East line of the SW % of Section 35, T4N, R3W, BM; thence S 00 0 31'29 0 W. 25.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said parcel contains 5.63 acres, more or less. The Ordinance Includes a provision to amend the official maps of the City by designating the above-descrtbed property as C-2 and providing an effective date, which shall be when published In the Idaho Press Tribune on the 17 day of January 2013. Ordinance No. 2919 was passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor on the 7 th day of January 2013.
