Jeri Rhodes $17.58 Reimbursement for the Press Tribune Ad.
Bailey and Co$ 950.00 to be split 3 ways.
Lock Shop $119.80 to rekey the locks
BSR Designs and Supply ( Ice Machine) $4978.27
Bingo agreed to pay $1600 toward the Ice Machine. Building fund agrees to pay $1640.08
toward the Ice Machine. The Board will pick up the remainder.

Old Business:
New keys have been made for the center following the changing of the locks. All keys will be
checked out and no keys will be duplicated.
Back Door is working for now
CCOA sent a bill the Senior Center Board for the Boards portion of the wages for the
staff. Gene asked the Judie get an itemized bill from CCOA as well as time cards so that
Gene can audit the charges. This is ongoing for now. Gene is still waiting for information.
New Business:
12/17/12 is the date the elections will be held.
Judie will make up and hand out the ballots. Ballots will only be handed out to paid members.
Debbie Scherer the janitor is resigning from the Senior Center effective January 1, 2013.
The secretary will place an ad in the Press Tribune for a new janitor.

The board approved bonuses to Cook, Assistant Cook, Relief Cook and Coordinator

Accident reports: Judie has made up a form that she will use in the event of an accident.
As well as provide a copy to the city.
It was suggested that a criteria be set for giving bonuses.
