Subsection (f) for the purpose of discussing pending litigation or
where there is a general public awareness of probable litigation.
Consider Order of Condemnation authorizing the filing of an
eminent domain action to acquire ditches and associated
facilities, water rights, wells, associated rights and drainage
capacity to provide irrigation delivery an secure the drainage of
the City.
