AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
1.Approve acceptance of the minutes from the Caldwell City Council Regularly Scheduled
Meeting held on December 2, 2012; the Caldwell Public Library Board Meeting held on
October 4, 2012; the Employee Benefit Plan Trustee Meeting held on November 1, 2012;
Traffic Commission Meeting held on December 3, 2012; the Caldwell Industrial Airport
Commission Meeting held on December 6, 2012; the Senior Center Board Meeting held
on December 10, 2012; and the Regular Hearing Examiner Meeting held on November 13,
2012;
2.Approve Resolution authorizing the execution of the Annual Road and Street Financial
Report with the Idaho State Controller (Highway Users Department) for the fiscal year
ended September 30, 2012;
3.Approve Resolution authorizing the declaration of city-owned vehicles as surplus property
from the Caldwell Police Department which will be auctioned;
4.Approve Resolution authorizing the execution of a Real Estate Purchase and Sale
Agreement with Middleton School District #134 to acquire 10,000 square feet of property
at Purple Sage Elementary well in the amount of $3,500 and accept a Warranty Deed from
the Middleton School District #134 for the same;
5.Approve Resolution authorizing the execution of an Agreement with Lenny Stroup to
manage and operate the Fairview Golf Course effective January 1, 2013;
6.Approve Resolution authorizing the execution of a Nondisclosure Agreement with Idaho
Power for receipt of Geographic Information System (GIS) data to assist in maintenance
of street lights.
OLD BUSINESS:
None.
NEW BUSINESS:
1.Public Hearing (Quasi-judicial) Case No. ANN-188-12 a request by the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints and Gene Ulmer for annexation of approximately 4.69 acres
into the City of Caldwell with a C-2 Community Commercial zoning designation,
located at the southwest corner of Ustick Road and Florida Avenue.
2.Consider request from
property owned by the City of Caldwell addressed as 700 Warehouse Street.
3.Financial and Human Resource Report.

6.Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 67-2345, Subsection (a) for the purpose
of discussing the hiring of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent,
Section (b) for the purpose of discussing the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to
hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or
individual agent, and Subsection (f) for the purpose of discussing pending litigation or
where there is a general public awareness of probable litigation.
