CALDWELL PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD MEETING
March 4, 2004
The monthly meeting of tl�e Caldwell Public Library Board held March 4, 2004, in the
Idaho room of the library was called �o order by Chair, Lou Rohr at 7:00 p.m. Others
present were Joan Pemble, Jacic Teraberry, and Library Director, Elaine Leppert.
Minutes were approved as presented. (Teraberry/Pemble). I
Bills
The Monthly Budget Report was presented
Bills of $38,698.3 were presented to the Board for approval. Approved
(Teraberry/Pemble).
� Business
Leppert reviewed the steps slle has taken to date in planning for the update of the
Strategic or Long-range plaii.
Discussion on the roof replacement continues.
Other Business and Announcements
Leppert reviewed programs she attended at the Public Library Association conference.
The next meeting is scheduled for April 1, 2004, 7 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned. +
