SPECIAL MEETING of January 2 199�
The meeting was called'to order by Chairman, Lauren Stevea�s at
1:05 P.M. Those present were Kenny Averill, Bob Trunnell,
Beryl Kingsbury, Ray Keck, Pete Hanold, Arba Hager,Doris Ellis,
and Lauren Stevens. Also present were Dot Blessing, Center
Coordinator and the Cook, Yvonne and Assistant Cook, Mardy.
The meeting was requested by;�Y:vonne for the purpose of tryirig
to improve communications between herself ar�d Dot. Yvonne
desires that Dot communicate directly with her on matters that
pertain to the kitchen. She does not appreciate a second party
relaying Dot's wishes to her. Dot agreed that this shou�.d be
done. Dot also stated that the present kitchen staff is the
best we have ever had at the Center. �
It was brought out that Dot and the Chairman of the Board,
jointly, are in charge o�` Cook acco dinr g to the E.O.A.,
By-Laws.
A motion to adjourn was made by Bob, seconded � Kenny. The
meeting adjourned at 2:05 P.M.
