INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MEETING
The Industrial Development Corporation met on May 17, 1990.
Those present: Max Hill, Don Tolley, Phil Frye, Fred Batt, and
Roger Anderson.
The first order of business was the election of officers.
They were as follows: President, Max Hill; Vice President, Don
Tolley; Secretary, Phil Frye; Assistant Secretary, Fred Batt.
It was agreed by the Corporation that they would meet as
called.
Several items were discussed including obtaining a City
Attorney's opinion on the purpose of the Corporation and
liability of the members; communicating with other cities to
obtain a copy of their bylaws; and requested a copy of the
sections of the Idaho State Code pertaining to the Industrial
Development Corporations.
The Meeting was then adjourned.
