TRUSTEE MEETING
HELD ON JANUARY 24, 2011
The meeting was called to order by ElJay Waite at 10:00 a.m.
Those in attendance: Monica Jones, ElJay Waite, and Mary-Kaye Stewart
DISCUSSION ITEM(S):
• Reviewed and reconciled income statements, balance sheet and finance reports
as of December 31, 2010.
• As of December 31, 2010, trial balance and bank balance is $840,927.13.
• Review of the Auditor's Report that was presented to City Council on January 4,
2011.
• Review funding sources for Wellness Incentive Program and check with Nate at
• Moreton & Co. to determine appropriate funding.
MOVED by Monica Jones, SECONDED by ElJay Waite to adjourn at 10:43 a.m. and
schedule the next Trustee Meeting for Apri118, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.
Those voting yes: Unanimous.
