TRUSTEE MEETING tT
HELD ON OCTOSER 24, 2011
The meeting was called to order by ElJay Waite at 3:40 p.m.
Those in attendance: Monica Jones, E1Jay Waite, ancl Mary-Kaye Stewart
DISCUSSION ITEM(S):
• Reviewed income statements, balance sheet and finance reports as of September
30, 2011.
• Monica will meet with Nate at Moreton & Co. to work on a premium structure
for employees that do not participate in wellness activities. Tentatively schedule
a workshop in January to discuss with council and schedule a meeting in
February to go over the premium structure with employees.
• Reviewed the Department of Insurance audit for September 30, 2010. It was
recommended that a conflict of interest statement be implemented and executed.
•
MOVED by Monica Jones, SECONDED by ElJay Waite to adjourn at 4:12 p.m. and
reconvene on October 25, 2011 to reconcile the financial statements.
Those voting yes: Unanimous.
