EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN
TRUSTEE MEETING
HELD ON OCTOBER 25, 2011
The meeting was reconvened at 8:15 a.m.
Those in attendance: Monica Jones, ElJay Waite, and 1VIary-Kaye Stewart
DISCUSSION ITEM(S):
• Reconciled income statements, balance sheet and finance reports as of September
30, 2011.
• As of September 30, 2011, trial balance and bank balance is $594,744.03.
• Reported revenues of $2,328,813.34 and expenditures of $2,547,205.04. Year to
date expenditures are $218,391.7Q over revenues.
• ElJay will make a request to City Council for additional funding from city
departments of $100,000.
• • A review of revenues and expenditures will be made in January to evaluate the
need for premium adjustments.
MOVED by ElJay, SECONDED by Monica Jones to adjourn at 8:20 a.m. and schedule
the next Trustee Meeting for january 9, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
Those voting yes: Unanimous.
