Caldwell Public Libra ppP v � ry — Idaho Room ��� �� � -- --�-_-�t I. Call to order. Chairman Randolph called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. I1. Roll Cali Members Present. Anita Shore, Eileen Davidson, Elaine Carpenter, Elaine Leppert, Gina Lujack, Jan Botes and Chuck Randolph. Members Absent. Lorene Oates, Megan Dixon and Steve Maughan. Others Present. Brian Billingsley, Planning & Zoning Director and April Cabello, Planning Technician. Others Absent. Rob Hopper, City Council Liaison III. Approval of Minutes. MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF June 28, 2010 with the following correction under VII. Old Business, A. change SHE to she. MOTION: Anita S., SECOND: Jan B., MOTION PASSED. IV. Certificate of Appropriateness Interviews. � None. V. Audience Participation • Barbara Perry and Elizabeth Jacox of TAG, gave a power point presentation of the reconnaissance level survey for the 25 residential properties and 1 church from Idaho Street between Ash Street on the south and Logan Street on the North. Barbara also stated that the survey was submitted to SHPO for the 2010 CLG Grant but stated they feel the survey should continue outside of the original boundaries. VI. Actions Since Last Meeting • April C. stated letters were mailed to the list of realtors that Gina L. submitted at the last meeting and made contact with the realtor selling 1204 Dearborn. • April C. and Chairman Randolph gave a report on CA-150-10 that was issued to the new homeowner of 1204 Dearborn with the existing approval items of repairing and replacing missing siding to cover where the door, window and concrete steps had been removed or are to be removed. April C. stated the homeowner is aware that any other changes besides what was approved must be submitted on a new application and come before the commission. CHPC Meeting July 26, 2010
