First Meeting: March 24,1993: Purple Sage Clubhouse: 12:00-Noon
The following were discussed: Dick Hurst Property on Grant St;
Bob Bushnell Property across Purple Sage
Clubhouse:
Architect for Sprinkling System:
Bunkers to be done this year:
Mike Garman said he had discussed the property with Dick Hurst and he
is asking $80,000 for it.
Committee would suggest to get a Realtor to look at this and give us an
appraisal , then write letter to Mayor and Council regarding this property.
Bob Bushnell property across the street from Purple Sage Clubhouse.
Bill Schwinn stated that he has gone over this property with a Realtor. I�
That there are three owners involved. ,
Committee suggests it would be wise to invest in this property for future
use. '
Bill Schwinn to get all this information for next meeting or perhaps bring I ��
Realtor to meeting. Bill said he would follow up on both properties.
Committee feels that the Sprinkling System should be taken care of as soon
as possible.
Mike Garman moved to present proposal to Golf Board,seconded by Lloyd Nelsen
that the Architect in Arizona be contacted.
John Watson gave the letter from the Architect to Lloyd, in turn Lloyd was
to call him and find out if he could come look at the Course.
This way we could have an idea as to the cost etc.
Gordy Crockett said he had marked areas on the course for enlarging or
changing some of the Bunkers.
Gordy said the parking area is in need of repairs but that he could talk
to Dennis at City Hall and get him to take care of it.
