The Utility Board met on January 25th with the following members
present: Gordon, B.J., Gary, and Josette. The following appeared
and action taken:
Warren Staggs, 724 Main. Will receive a$197.06
adjustment. Delinquent amount at this time: $311.96.
Total due next month on the 25th will be $237.76
No letter sent.
Randall and Donna Conant, 105 Elgin. Was given an
extension on their bill until February 3rd at 5:00 p.m.
Water will be turned off on the following Monday,
February 6th if not paid in full.
Moses and Amanda Corona, 912 Galveston. No letter. Was
going to pay today on January 25th.
Nancy Olmeda, 414 Dearborn. $42.27 delinquent at this
time. Was given an extension until February lst. This
is the third time been delinquent. Was told there would
be no more extensions. Board recommended that they pay
the whole bill on February lst so don't get behind.
Arturo Chavez, 309 Freeport. Was denied an extension
since this was the fourth time their payment has been
late.
Oscar Flores, 108 Elgin. $40.74 delinquent. Agreed to
pay by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27th.
Glen Rockwell, 121 West Elm. $37.03 delinquent. Was
denied an extension since had three delinquents in a
twelve month period.
