HomeMy WebLinkAbout08-26-1992 UTILITY MINUTES The Utility Board met at 9:00 a.m. on August 26, 1992. Those
present: Teri, Lisa, Wally, and B.J. The following appeared and
action indicated taken:
Clint Kimball, 420 Galveston.
Has a possible leak. We will split the difference with
him if he can prove the work was done on the leak. We
need documentation of some kind such as a bill, etc. He
agreed to mail in info and we will adjust.
Bob Bigelow, 1417 S. Oregon.
Is having a problem with heating system that discharges
into the sewer. Randy and Wally discussed with him
possible solutions. Water Department will go to his
house and try to advise him on the best way to go --
either drill a well or put a meter.
Jim Moon, 1602 Blaine $70.70 plus the $15 turn on
Agreed to pay bill in full by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
September lst. Water will be turned off on the 2nd is
not paid.
Glen Rockwell, 121 West Elm $43.70 plus $15.00
He had an arrears of 543.70 so water was turned off
because of that. He agreed to pay the bill in full by
5:00 p.m. on September 3rd. Water to be turned off on
the 4th if not�aid.
Tapia Cosme, 16p9 Blaine $79.10 plus S15 turn on
We agreed to turn water back on. Father is out of town.
Will be back to pay the bill in full on Monday, August
31st.
Dale Peterson came in for Harry Evans
There was a leak starting sometime in May. Bill to be
adjusted to reflect that.
Audrey Owens
Water was turned off because she owed an arrears. She
paid, but asked Lisa to hold her check until the 1st of
September.
