The Utility Board met at 9:00 a.m. on August 12, 1992. Present:
Lisa, B.J., and Wally.
No one appeared before the Board.
Board agreed to allow Ethel Dawson to pay her water bill in
full the first part of September and Kathryn Sypher to pay on
August 28th.
Regarding Carlene Curtis, Board determined that the City would
