Art Honey moved to approve the minutes. Totri Ensley seconded the mation and the minutes wer�e unanimously approved as submitted. The next item an the uqenda involved the introduction of the selected historic consultant, Susan M. Stacy. Chairman Randolph provided �n overview of the survey project for the benefit of Commissian members as well as Ms. Stacy and recommended a number of valu�ble sources thzt might assist in the proiect research. TY�ere was discussion between the consultant ar�d the memb�rs of the Cornmission cancerning the SCGpE'. and maynitude of the project, the historic siqnif'icance af the az arid Cleveland Boulevard ar►cl some af the Commis�ion's goals, objectives and expected use of ttie sur•vey material. Dennis Craoks reviewed the project time frume and de�dline for the completion of th� study and suggested that the consuJ.tant be prepared to meet with the Commission two addition�l times, once � aftex the reconnaissance level survey has been completed and a second time upon c�mplet.ion of the project. Meeting aates in July and 1�ugu�t were :�uggested and were ac7reed iinon by tYie consultant. There was additienal discussion cancerning the selected sites to be surveyed and to what extent the historic siqnificance of Cleveland Boulevard would be evaluatecl. It was the consensus of the Commission to keep the t.wet7ty sites , as selected and to �llow the hist�ric consultant some discretion to add other sites if wai and to, at lPa�t, establish a fourzdation regarcling the historic significance of Cleveland Bc�LZ 1 evard . With no furthar bu�iness, the meeting was adJourned at 8:45 p.m. wit] the next meeting sr,heduled for May �, 1991 at 7:C�0 p.m. in the C�uncil Conference Room.
