The Utility Board met at 9:00 a.m. on August 12th. The following
were present: Teri, Lisa, Wally, and B.J. The following appeared
before the Board and action taken as indicated:
Chester Haynes, 219 Cleveland. A sewer complaint. Board
agreed that he would pay the current bill of $39.90 and an
adjustment would be made from then on. Average on 9
consumption. There will not be an adjustment made for
previous bills.
Mark Stohler, 824 Denver. Three apartments and is charged
under Residential. The Water Department guys are to check to
see if a leak since the bill is very high. Will adjust if
leak found. He is not to pay bill now until it is checked
out. City will split the difference if a leak is found. Mr.
Stohler lives in Apartment 3.
Herlinda Ibarra, 1421 East Belmont $39.90 Agreed that her
bill to be paid by 5:00 p.m, on August 24th. Water to be
turned off on the 25th if not paid.
Mary Cutler, 811 East Linden Sewer Complaint. Water
Department to check it out for leak. Call her and visit with
her about the leak and she is elderly. Go back to 6 for
consumption regardless.
