To Mayor Dick Winder:
On November 21,1997 at a board meeting a motion was made to
remove Lauren Stevens from the office of Chairman with a second
and recorded votes of 5 members ,yes to remove and 3 members
voted--abstain.
In a meeting on November 25,1997 the board chose Ray Keck as
Chairman and Gwen Barney as Vice-Chairman.
At this same meeting Leo Perez gave his written resignation
from the board. Pearl Teraberry was approved 7 to 1 to take
Leo Perez' place on the board.
