CALDWELL SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER COMMISSION
Special Meeting of October 24 1995
A spe mee was called to order by Chairman, Lauren Stevens,
at 12 ;55 P•M.
The purpose of this mee�ing was to appoint another Board member to
the Nominatin� Committee since Arba stated he wouid be unable to
serve.
Beryl made a motion, seconded by Mazie, to appoint Ruby as a replacement
for Arba. The vote was unanimous.
Those presen� were: Ruby Arbaugh, Marie Fullbright, Emory Ireland,
Beryl Kingsbury, Lauren Stevens and Jim 1
Jim made a rnotion to adjourn, seconded by Marie. The meeting
adjourned at 1 P.M.
