May 19th.1997
The meeting was called to order at 9:30 by the chairman,Lauren Stevena.
Those present were Doris E11is,Bob Trunell,Harvey Simmona,Beryl Kin sbur
Pete Hanold,Ray Keck,Kenny Averell,Lauren Stevens,and Ramona Maerz.
The Secretarya report was read and a g y �
The treasurers report was read and a pPrOVed.
The co-ordinators report was given by due to Dota apsense.
There was a total of 1769 meals served of which 26 were minority and 16
were non-seniors.The average meal donation was $2.35.04.
Dot is still checking into the price of a steamer.
The following billa were presented for payment:

It was suggested that Arlene Stevens and Dot be in charge of the programs.
A motion was made by Ray,2nd.byDoris to thia effect.Passed unanimousl .
Committee members suggested were Ann Ward,Willadean Sti1ls,Ruby Arbauyh,
and Ramona Maerz.The board membera will take turns at the mike when g

Title 5 employee.Passed unanimoiusly.
Dots anniversary celabration was diacusaed.We will be getting a Plaque
Cake,Corsage,plant and a wath for her.Larry Gebhert of channel 7 has
agreed to do a remote broadcast.from here if possible.Also the Press
Tribune ia to be contacted.This-is on June 20th.
The menu for that day was chosen to be roast beef.
A motion for adjournment was made by Pete,2nd by Bob.
