The meeting was called to order at 11:10 by the Chairman,Lauren Stevens.
Those present were Kenny Averill,Doris E11is,Beryl Kingsbury,Bob!>Trunnel,
Pete Hanold,Harvey Simmons,Lauren Stevens�Ramona Maerz and Dot Blessing.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Title 5 program and the
janitorial �ob.We were informed that we are atill eligible for a title
5 employee but perhaps should solicit bids for an interim janitorial
service for the time we were without a�anitor.A motion to this effect
was made by Kenny,2nd.by Pete. Carried.
It was suggested that the cooks be told they are to leave the food
out in the steam tables for at least 15 minutes after the table has
been called.Bob made a motion to this effect.2nd.by Beryl.Unanimous.
A motion for adjournment was made by Kenny.2nd. by Beryl.Adjourned at
11:40.
