SPECIAL MEETING OF JUNE 10 1997
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Lauren Stevens at
11:20 A.M. Those present wer.e Doris E�lis, Beryl Kingsbury, Harvey
Simmons, Bob Trunnell, Pete Hanold and Lauren Stevens.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the janitorial situation.
Our Title 5 employee, John, is leaving us June llth. The Board
reviewed bids from two different janitorial services as we will
need someone to fill in between Title 5 employees.
The bids were from A-1 Superior Cleaning of Canyon County and
Dan Crow Janitorial Services. After discussion, motion was made
by Pe�e, seconded by Doris to accept the bid of Dan Crow. Vote
was unanimous in favor.
Chairman Lauren Stevens read a_letter of resignation (copy attached)
submitted by Ramona Maerz, Secretary. A brief diseussion followed.
Motion was made by Pete, seconded by Doris, to adjourn. Meeting
adjourned at 11:40 A.M.
