Regular Meeting
September 18,2000 '
Meeting called to order by Chair Dallas Dillon at 9:35AM,
followed by salute to the flag. There were eight members in
attendance.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read. Motion to approve
the minutes made by Rick Scherer; seconded by Dallas Dillon.
Motion carried.
Treasurer's report: Balance on hand: $2,660.28.(The Pool Players
paid for two months--$200.0 for August and September).
No Coordinators Report. There is still a need for more plates.
Discussion regarding proceeds from yellow cups. Where should they
go? For janitorial supplies??.
Inspection report: Handle bars in rest rooms should be l�in.
from the wall. Currently they are about 1 3/4 inches.Spacers
will be installed behind the bars to meet with code.
Fire extinguishers to height that is accesible for whe'el chair
person.
Meeting adjorned at 10:30AM.
