CCOA is adoptin,g a pay for use policy with the mecha�nical repair Chore P�rvgram to alXeviate some
o£ the expense o�' operations.
Arca IZZ is stiIl in progress wiith the NOA,H concert project with a more widespread organizatio�al
them�. Paxge McMichael r�vill attend an Executive meeting wi�th them oz� January 16� in Boise.
Discussed the feasibility a� selling the bus as it is not cost effective to r�xaintain for the Center's use.
The consez�sus was to se11 an,d to recover the fwads that the Cezater has invested.
Kenny AveriX� vvi��l contact the interested party and t�y to get a t"igtue of $3500.00 for it. He vvi��
report back to the $oard by the Februa�ry meeting.
The �oard will undertalce arxother effort o�' contacting the mez�ck�ants for advertising in the £oyer. A
composite �ist will be �osted by tlle schedule ca�ez�dar to eliminate any du�lication of visiting.
The Board wi11 ha�ve a delegation to present A��reciatioz� plaques to Adai,r Homes, Albertsons,
Walmart, and the Cxty for their su��ort and donations.
Ramona Whimey will open th,e Center �cbruary 10`" at 10:00 A.M.
ALL rentals will be �osted on the calendal A�'TE� the deposit has beetl received to avvid
duplication and co��fusion.
.Local �rocery stores will be contacted to garner unused p�oduce and merchandise that the Center
can utilize.
Discussed the possibility of rentxng the bus to a group �n Meridian for two days for local
transportatioz� z�eeds. The coordinatoz wi�ll investigate this furtk�er as to the exact amount to be
charged. A figure of $75.00 per day plus expenses was tent��ve�y a�rived at.
No further business the z�eeting adjourned at 2:34 P.M.
