The Treasurer's report was moved. to accept by K.enny Averill wath a c�uestion of a renta� of $75.00
frozn the 4-H group �,at was not inciuded in this report. A q,uestior� of the am,ount of rent from the
Pinochle players was brought up. "W�11 check w/treasuz�ez. 1Vlotion r�vas seconded and CARR�ED.
Coordi�ator's report Was appxoved on a motaon by T�enny A,verill with the stipulation tk�at the "bus
fund" be transferred to the Cez�ter's �eneral account as we no 1oz�ger are in possession of the bus.

Kenny Averi11 znoved to authorize ��Ze Bingo Committee to purchasE a large po�corn popper. Bill
billings moved to accept the following persons to serve on tk�e Bingo Comixa,ittee if Virgil & Sheryl
Pruett cannot contxz�ue to serve. Larry McVay, Alberta �Iodges a�d Rose Shine. Both motions weze
duly seconded and CA]��D. Motion to appz�ove the Bingo report �as made by �,a�ry McVay.

contract was zece�ved with no obvious changes, so was si�ned and returned.
$10.00 was received on membez�ships and the regular bill fox wages was �resented.
Raznona Whitney will continue to contact the paper on advertising.

19, 2008 at 9:00 ,A.M. at the Center. Bingo Commxttee meeting set for Mat�eh 20, 2008 at 1:00 P.M.
Certi�cates o�.A,ppz�eciation have been sent to Walmart azxd Albertsons. Arran,gexnents wi#h the City
for a c�remony are still in pz�og�ess .
It was moved by I�enny Averill to reim.buxse �'aige Michael far the purc�,ase of a new vacumn
cleanez� for the Center. Second�d and CARRIED.
Noted that the paid employees ma� k�ave a 10 minute break each 2 houz�s and a lunch break of 1/2/
hvur.
The Coordinator will be gone for 2 wee�CS iz� July and the Center needs an assistant Caordinator for
those times when the Coordinator is absent.
