� The meeting wa.s called to order at �:06 P.M. by the chairrr�an, Ramona VVhiiney, with the
' Pledge of Allegiance. Rvll was called ar�d noted in the roll boo�.
Judy Ferro, Grant writex, was introduced and a aez�gthy discussion oz� remodeling the acitchen
transpired. The Center v�rill in,vestigate just wha.t xs needed, the cos�s, availability of quali�ied
contractors and other pertinen,t ;�acts to present to hez� to expedite the process of securing
gxanfs.
Jo Anne Fondxen moved that the minutes be a��roved. 2" and CARRIED. Tk�e ads in the
paper are impraving due to the woxk of the Chairman.
Lir�da VJaner moved that the Treasure�'s repvrt be approv�d. 2° axid CAI2RIED.
Zt was �x�oved by Jo Anne Fondren that the Coordinator's report be appxoved. 2" and

It was moved by Jo Anne Fondren that the used pz�zz�ter from the office be donated to the
Meals on Wheels �rogram. 2"� and CARRIED.
Moved Uy Kenny Averil� to purchase 20 new carafes for the dining hall using funds, z�
available, frozn the pxoceeds o� �e Spzl.z�g Fliung 2 and CARRIED.
Certificate of Appreciation will be pr�sented at the City Council meeting azad arrangements
f,or the one to �Val Mart is in progress.
T'he floor polishing pxograaz� xs in, p�o�ress az�d a deciszo� to div�ide the funds of the Bingo
programi wi.l� be xnade at the May meeting.
