The meetiz�g opened with visitor, �ric Boyum, �dward rones Agency, �resenting a possible fux�d
raising project promoting the agricultural qualities and wine growing of the area with a bicycling

The regular meeting was called to oxder by Ramona Whi�e� at 1:16 P.M. with the Pledge to �kie �lag
aad roll call wl�ich rx�as noted in the roll book.
Minutes o�previous meeting were appz�oved as printed b y a motion from Vincent Sanchez.

notice diat on November 6, 2008 �e State Executive Board will meet with Center Bxecutives for
unifxcation of rec�uests �om the Legislation Branc�es o#' �k'i,e Cro�vernment.

L'znda Waner will �vrite a blurb '�or "Cheers and J'eers" thankxz�g �k'ie Free Methodist Chur ch for the
donation of ineat to the Center.
- Mayor �iancolus presented a check fror�a: the Cit� for $2540.00 �or the Nutrition program.
Linda Waner moved that th� Adopt A. Ser�zor funds be raised to $�0.00 and that the Center make up
an� de�cit if needetl.
, Bizzgo Comrrxattee will inves�txgate purchasing 6 lxghter folding tables far thei� use. These tables will
not be rented out of the buildix�g. Yt was confinned tk�.at the only tiables to xent out are the "old" 8 foot
fo�ding tables. �'k�e "old" tab�es �vill be repaired, i�possible, Fuid possibly some of them sold.
It rwas moved b� Keruzy Averill to authorize the Bingo Conrizx�i.t�tee to pursue this purchase. Seconded
and Carried Olga Gonzales will advez�tise the orgara o� Craig's Y.ist.
r3iscussed an "open house" project �or advertiszz�g and availing the public to the ptupose of the
Sezuor Center.
