CALDWELL SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER BOARD MEETING �=������� -
NOVEMBER 9, 2009
The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Ramona Whitney with the Pledge of Allegiance to the
Flag at 1:06 P.M.
The following members were present and noted in the roll book: Bill Billings, Jo Anne Fondren, Jeri
Rhodes, Kenny Averill, Linda Waner, Gene Schaecher, Ramona Whitney, Bob Sobba and Paige
McMichael, Coordinator.
Minutes of the previous meeting were corrected in regards to the mix-up of financials of the crappy
. feed and it was properly recorded in the Financial report. It was moved to approve as corrected by
Linda Waner. Seconded and CARRIED.
' Jo Anne Fondren moved that the Treasurer's report be approved. Seconded and CARRIED.
Bill Billings moved that the Coordinator's report be approved. Seconded and CARRIED.
Kenny Averill moved that the Bingo Report be approved. Seconded and CARR.IED.
The Coordinator has not received any notification from the E.O.A clarifying that Unit on directing
the Center Board on what to do with its funds and paying for projects of the Nutrition Program.
EOA will meet on November 16, 2009
LJNFINISHED BUSINESS: The WII Program equipment has been delivered and is being installed.
Night Light Parade is set for December 5, 2009. The theme will be Christmas in the Future.
The Christmas Auction is set for December 6, 2009 with John Cormwell as Chairman and others
helping as needed.
The Election of Board members is set for December 2, 2009
NEW BUSINESS: A Line-Dance instructor has been contacted to hold classes and possibilities of
other types of exercises also. She will commence on November 30, 2009 The cost is $3.00 per
lesson.
The Secretary was instructed to send the minutes of the meetings to the City.
No further business, the meeting adjourned at 2:34 P.M.
