The meetiztg was called to order by Chairman, Ramona Whitney with the Pledge af A,�legxat�ce to the
�lag at l :00 P.M.
The following members were presez�t azxd x�oted in the roll book: 3o Anne Fondren, Je�i Rhodes,
Kezury Aver�l�, L�z�da Waner, Gene Schaecher, Rarnona VVhitney, azxd. O�ga Gonzales.
New m,embers, Donna Crockett and Diane Mof�at r�vere introduced. The other new mezz�ber, Erma
Jones was not Qresent.
Minutes of the previous nn�eet�ng were reviewed and it was x�n,o�ed to approve by Olga Gozzzales.
Seconded and CARR�ED.
Jo �e k'ondren moved that the '�'reasurer's re�ort be approved. Seconded and CARRIED,
roAnne Foncl.ren maved that the Coordinatvr's repoz't be approved contingent upozt answers to
c�uestians on why the increase on cleaning pxoducts and postage and a�so what are �thhe "other
donat�oz�s"? Seconded and CARR.�ED.
Kenny Averill moved that the Bingo �eport be appro�v�d. Seconded and CARRZED.

EOA Report: Ke�y ex�Iaixied the systern that should be imp�ezz�ented in regards to an `Activity
Account" as well as a Nutrition A.ccount for the Nut�it�on program. I3e aiso re�ated his conversatxoz�
wi,Y1�, the Executive Directoz� assuring him. that thas situation was taken caz�e of �etween EOA �nd tk�e
Coordinator of Caldwell Senior Center. The next EOA meeting wi�i be Februazy 22, 2010 at Weisar.
UNFINISI�ED SUSINESS: A terztatave xeport of the auction vvas rendered but theze was a c�uestivn
on just where the donation of $� 000.00 was to go as there were conflicting anx�oun,cements and
actioz�s xegarding it.
NEW BUS�NESS: Membership dues wi�l remain the same. Christmas bonuses axe as follows: '
Coordinator = $125.00; Cook = $100.00;13ishwas�er � $50.00
Discussed the compensatian fflr vacation time as tk�e Center does not have a"vacation" poiicy, but is
subsidizing it thraugh tk�e payroll frvm EOA.
Kenny Averill mo�ved the approv�,t o� ck�ange af hours for Paige as long as �Ck�e Work gets dane as the
Senior Ce�ter Board really has �xirtXe to do with this aspect of operatioz�s except with the
compensation for services r�ndered. Secoz�ded and CARR�D.
The Secretary will sez�d the rninutes of tk�,e zx�eetings and the list of officers to tkze City.
