THE CALDWELL SENIOR CENTER BOIARD MEETING August 25, 2010
Those members in attendance vuere Donna Crocket, �inda Waner, Jeri
Rhades, Paige McMichael, Olga Gonzalez and Gene Schoecher.
Emergency board meeting held to discuss a bill and resignation of a board
rt��r�b�r.
Meeting was called to order afi 1:Q0 P.m.
Pai�e presented n bill from Bailey and Company for services rendered for

include their fiime in handling the penalty letters to the IRS for the late
filing of the 990 form
Linda m4de a motion for the Board to pay $435.00. Gene seconded the
motion. All approved.
Nutritian services will pay the other half of $440.00.
Originally the agreement was with Bailey and Company for 500.00 for them
to do our 990's. They did not know they would have to transfer the hand
written ledgers to the computer program Quick Books. Bailey and Company
had over 1200 hours due to the lack of a computer program. They agreed to
compromise with us atand settle for the 875.00. They also agreed to
handle any penalty letters that we receive due to being Inte filing for this
agreed upon price.
Donna:�iqde,a motion to buy Quick Books. Linda seconded the motion. All
approved.. �`
Paige will shop for this program to find a discount for non-profit status.
JoAnnc� Fondren has resigned from the Board. Jeri agreed to be the
Secretary. �
6ene made a motion to elect Jeri as the secretary. Donna seconded the
motion. All approved.
