Old Business: Krista Cole from the Elderly Opportunity Agency. She is here to answer nny and all questions regnrding this ngency. Per Kenny Averill Mnnuol does not address feeding volunteers or people under the age of 60. There is a Policy nnd Procedure mnnual Chapter 2 section 3 regarding this. There is a document to address the nbove. This cnn be viewed by nnyone who wishes. It was suggested that we ns n Board can determine what the parnmeters will be would be to allow a volunteer to have a meal. The mnnual does not address trust fund money that is used for personnl use. Payroll was late and Paige was authorized to use nutrition money to pay the employees on time. Once the payroll money came in the money was them placed back into Nutrition. Nutrition Expense: Personnel Food Supplies % of utilities for nutrition services. Paige will insure that all accounting hns n documented trail ie: Who approved the change in routine and this can be shown in writing. Chapter 4 Section 2 Menl fees for non-eligible people. Paid nutrition staff under the age of 60 not eligible however it is accepted practice to ollow this as a benefit of employment. It is permissible after all the seniors hnve eaten. The Bonrd will have established times and parameter as to when the staff will be allowed to have a meal. .. , . Pnige will no longer need to provide the Nutrition Report ns it has been. Other Old Business: None New Business: Senior Center has been chosen for a test site for an electronic mntrix system to account for the meals.
