Those members in attendance were Jeri Rhodes, Paige McMichae1, Bob Soba,
Donna Crockett, Russ Weihe, Forrest Smotherman, Ramana Whitney, Kelly
Warwick and Gene Schaecher.
Not in attendance: Linda Waner and Michelle Gamble

Paige has tendered her letter of resignation to the Board.
An Executive session was ordered to discuss issues pertinent to the Senior
Center.

All items that are brought up that have not been completed will be brought
up in the Old Business for the next meeting. All issues will need to be
resolved or reported on for each meeting. To make this easy to pick out the
follow up items will be highlighted.

bonatian Box: The box must be locked or this would lead to people checking
donations which would be against the guidelines. Krista states the donation
box must be locked per the State af Tdaho rule. Change is not allowed to be
made out of the donation box. Additionai change wil) be made available in a
locked cabinet if the need arises far more money.
The apera#ions pc�licy und procedures manual shc��}d hAVe c►11 items that
pertain to the Senior Center. If there is a change then it will be given to all
those that it pertains to as well as have them sign aff on the change and
then place the changes in the manual.
ICOA is the Idaho Commission on Aging. This is a Nutrition Operations
Manua) which has guidefines that need to be followed. Additiona) policies and
procedures can be added to this.
Since the implementation of the serving of the protein portion of the meal
this has significantly reduced the amount of waste.

The Board discussed posting the position for a coordinator at a wage of ten
dollars an hour with a possible raise following the probationary period of 3
months. This position will be listed as a 25 hours a week position. Krista will
post this.
