Senio; Center Board Meeting March 12 2012
Donna Crocket called the meeting to order at 1:09 with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
In attendance:
Donna Crockett, Russ Weihe, Forrest Smotherman, Donna Queen, Billie
Copeland, and Jeri Rhodes.
Not in attendance: Erma Jones, Delpha Leake, Gene Schaecher, Michelle Gamble
and David Clark

Coordinator Report:
Provided by Donna Q. Donna Q purchased 3 computers at the approval of Donna C. The
office is set up as a true office. Both computers are password protected with an additional
password for the Quick Book nccounts for snfety.
Check list has been developed and will be given to anyone who rents the center.
Take out program: On hold for now as Donna Q. has noticed that there is not enough for a
whole meal. May need to look into adjusting the pricing. Donna Q. will look into this further
and get back with us.
Shiba: Renewed the program for 2012. Shiba will not give as much money for 2012.
Kitchen: Unannounced health inspection Feb. 22, 2012: We passed the inspecti�n with only a
couple of minor adjustments.
Kitchen: Ad in the Department of Labor for an on call backup cook.
Bonus not distributed yet.
2 Falls at the center. One was no fault of the Center. The other person was not injured
and did not want any medical attention.
Meat Slicer: Donna Q. will look into an attachment to the machine that will sharpen the
blade.
Fire Drill: Donna Q. will do an education on where the exits are and what to do in cuse of a
fire.

Russ made a motion to approve 1 more computer now totaling 3 computers.

Discussed possibly setting up the meeting room more as a computer lab for Shiba and using
the current computer lab as the place for the foot clinic.
Stage: The stage needs to be secured together as it separates in the middle and this is a
safety issue.
Billie made a motion to have Russ investignte the securing of the stage.
