PEAD ENDOWMENT MEETING
July 2, 2001
The meeting of the Pead Endowment Board was called to order by Chair, Pat Papapietro
at 7:00 p.m. July 2 in the Idaho Room of the Caldwell Public Library. Those present
were Jack Teraberry, Ann Day and Library Director, Elaine Leppert.
The minutes of the meeting of June 7 were approved as printed. (MSC
DAY/TERABERRI�
The board reviewed the recommendations that Kelly Davis of Salomon Smith Barney had
presented at the last meeting. No decision was made. -
The board tabled discussion of the Investment policy.
Clarification on the funds relationship with the consultant is needed.
