. CALDWELL PUBLIC LIBR.ARY BOARD MEETING
November 1, 2001
The monthly meeting of the Caldwell Public Library Board was held Novemberl, 2001,
in the Idaho Room of the library. The meeting was called to order by Chair Pat
Papapietro. Those present were Lou Roehr, Leona Manke, Ann Day, Jack Teraberry, and
Library Director, Elaine Leppert.
II. Minutes were approved as presented. (Teraberry/Day)
III. Bills: A revised report will be coming soon.
A review of spending followed. We are entering a period of low revenue and the city bill
is a higher than we were previously told.
The copy machine is on its last legs; the person who repaired it this time can no longer
find parts. Leppert has budgeted for a new one but didn't want to buy it until absolutely
necessary. Manke asked about leases, and that may be a possibility. Leppert will follow
up on both purchase and lease. It was moved and seconded that bills be paid.
(Teraberry/Roehr)
The holiday schedule was presented. It was MSP that we approve the schedule.
(Teraberry/Roehr)
• Through consensus, the board recommended that Le ert re uest that Terabe 's term
PP q 'Y

January 2002. (Teraberry/Roehr). The Vice chair will be named at the next meeting.
