D ENDOWMENT �
June 7, 2000
7:00 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chair, Pat Papapietro. Those present were Jack
Teraberry, Ann Day and guest, Kelly Davis of Salomon Smith Barney and Library
Director, Elaine Leppert. �
The Uyematsu fund of the endowment was reviewed.
Mr. Davis presented an Equities Weighting Report. He recommended that the
endowment funds be more diversified. After discussion the board directed him to
Eliminate the Franklin Fund

Sell Avaya Inc

Sell %z Verizon
Sell %2 SBC Communications
The funds to go to the money fund until after the next board meeting.
The board authorized funds to be spent not to exceed $4,000 for a stand-alone computer
in the children's department.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45
