ITEMS COVERED:
• 1. Airport Commission called to order b Bob McGee at 12:05 PM.

2. Approved the Airport Commission minutes far August, September, and October
2004 tabled due to lack of a quorum.
3. Airport AIP:
Tom Lemenager (T/O) presented an update on the 04 AII'.
3.1 The connector taxiway is completed.
3.2 The fence and gate replacement in progress.
4. The workshop for the Airport noise overlay ordinance was held on October 2g
The noise overla�y ordinance will be presented to the Caldwell P&Z Commission
of November 16 at 7PM at the Community Room of the Caldwell Police
Department. If approved by the P&Z Commission, the ordinance will be
presented to Caldwell City Council on December 6th
5. Interviewing for the airport secretary is continuing. It has been narrowed to three
persons.
6. Idaho Airport Managers Association (IAMA) was held in Sun Valley, ID on
October 21 St . Curt Hawkins was elected president of IAMA.

• 7. Airport AIP O5:
It is estimated Caldwell Airport will receive $950,000 in FAA funding. It is
consensus of opinion that this funding be used for land purchase on the north side
of the airport for future expansion of the airport.
8. Messer's Ed Downs and Max Barker commission terms expire on December 31,
2004.
9. Meeting adjourned at 1:15 PM.
10. Next airport commission meeting December 2" at 12 noon.
