Caldweil Public Library Board Meeting
J U LY 7, 2011
Present: Joan Pembie, Chair; Leona Manke; Bonny Smith; Elaine
Leppert, Librarian; Shannon Ozuna, City Council Liaison
Meeting was called to order at 7:07 pm.
Minutes of previous meeting were approved.
�• Bills
a. Revenue from sales tax was better than expected.
b. Maintenance was a major expense with a broken valve
and pump.
c. It was approved to pay the bills of $55,495.83.
II• Business
A. Building
Report on Restroom Remodel: Several exciting things
occurred in the process, but the restrooms are now all
complete. The electrician had concerns which may need
to be taken care of soon.
B. Draft 2012 Budget--Budget was approved (Manke, Smith).
C. The Board approved the additional vacation time offered
To city employees.
D. Report on LYNX! Directors Strategic Plannrng retreat
