City Council Members;
We were asked by El 7ay to take a serious look at cart storage and trail fees however after
a lengthy discussion the board does not think this is a good time to raise them much more
then we did. We would prefer ta try this fee structure for a year and track it closely for
information to be used the following year. The board feels that the general golfing public
will be receptive to the abave recommendations.
To avoid the confusion caused by passes being purchased at several locations we would
like to recommend that all season passes, cart storage and trail fees be paid at the golf
• courses only. We feel this would be beneficial to both the City Hall and our Golf
Courses. El Jay supported this proposal.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
The Caldwell Golf Board.
