Meeting of the Caldwell Golf Board was held at Fairview Clubhouse
at 8:30 a.m. on February 6,1985
Members Present: Council Bill Norman, Supt. y j
Gord Crockett, i
Rick Sweaney, Jim Guy, Scott Holloway, Martha Esson, Laura �amboa
Geor�ia Hersh, Lynn Robinson.and Jeff Aodwell. �

There was no golf report because of the bad weather season tickets �
were not sold as in previous years- but we look for "�arch to show i
a good increase. ;

Bill Nor�nan said he couldn't say if we will be getting any ?�evenue �
sharing in 86". ?

Gordy said that they have installed the carpet at both places, Gordy �
said that Keith didn't want the wall knocked out for more space-this
was included in the budget for 85", so with that money we have to
decide where to use it.
?�ick Sweaney brought up the subject of a new clubhouse and perhaps
we could get someone to loan us the mone,y.
Laura asked :Rick to look into it and get some ideas for plans and the
next meeting more ideas could be discussed.
Laura s�.id that there have been several co�!plaints on the sidew�lk in
front of Dick Hurst's office and asked Bill Norm?n what could be done
about this as people think it belongs to the �olf course.
Jeff said he had two re�uests for tournaments, the Jr. Elks Tournament
and the Jalipino Tournament. Jeff was told to �;et the dates and it
would be voted on with no problems as these are ,yearly tournaments
held at Fairview.
The ��'en's Association will hold the Kick off breakfast on T�iarch ?_4th.
There was discussion of scorecards but this would be discussed with
Keith.
Gordy•said the sidewalk would be installed as soon as possible. Also I
chains to be installed at F�irview C017?'!tPr b,y cash drawer and on the
other end to keep people from getting behind the counter.
With no further business meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
