Minutes of Dec, meetin� a1on� with Expenditure �eport and Golf Beceipt
Report handed to e3ch member.
Donna, gave a report on clubhouse pledges also had eonies for each
member.
Donna said she had mailed the statements for cart storage in December
she said she needed the names of the people that had taken spaces �aith
Jim McGarvin, Laura said she would �et those for her,(Gave to Donna-1/11)
Laura, thanked Mayor Cowles for gettin� the streets p�lowec� off also
congratulated Gordy on being chosen #1 Superintendent.
Gene Enebo gave an up date on the progress of the neTv clubhouse, he
is sure that it will be com�leted bv March l, as promisPd. Gene said
the remodeling at Fairview should be done by March 1-al�o.
Bob Jarboe said the P�layor and he have met with some service clubs and
will have more to report next month,also he has written letters to neTa
people hoping they will be on our Mund Aaising Committee.(Copies attached)
One of the planned thin�s is to have a dinner around the 15th of April
this wouid be a yearl,y Fund �aising. Date could be chan�ed -
Bob said a Securit,y Companv has contacted him the,y are interested in
providin� securit�r at Purple.( Attached is a copy of the letter)
John Watson discussed the advertising on scorecards and redwood benches
he said he would bring a cony of the eontract to the next meeting,
Gordy said he would order the markers today as he dicin't know how man,y
were needed at Fairvieur, Aic Coles and Beverly fi�ured how man,y would be
needed.
Ric Coles was concerned about the progress on building at Purple S3�e,
Gene assured him that they would be putting more men on and would meet
the deadline.
Laura was to see Steve Fou'�s, about tile and the cost of i� and see if
Steve could make the next meeting.
