� Meeting of the Caldwell Golf Board was held at Purple Sage on May 10,1989
at 8:00 a.m.
Members present: Council-Liaison Bob Jarboe, Rick Sweaney, Laura Gamboa
Jim Guy,Bob Sower, Ric Coles, Beverly Egusquiza, Supt. Gordy Crockett
Pro. John Watson, Pro Troy Vitek and Gene Enebo.
Members absent: Del Jones and Monte Gibson.
Copies of the April meeting and golf receipts were handed to each member.
Gene Enebo gave a report on the clubhouse and all the details of what is
planned for the landscaping, they are getting more bids and will inform
the board so that a special meeting can be held as soon as possible.
John Watson had some good information on a Billboard to be placed near
the Freeway, the cost would be around $4800. for a year.
Bob Jarboe will bring this up at the council meeting May 15.
John also mentioned about the mainteance on the building , this would
have to be checked about the amount available at the present time.
Bob Jarboe will check into this today.
Rick Sweaney asked if the lake on #18 was going to be put in this year
Gordy said it wasen't in the budget for 89-90, so will have to try
someway to get funds if this is to be done.
Ric Coles suggested it would be a good idea to have a sand trap on #12
on the right hand side by the tree.

also had printed some names in gold and white .This should look very
nice on the wall.
The committee will meet next week with Steve and decide what they want.
Also check all names for correct spelling.
With no further business meeting adjourned at 9:30 a.m.
Next meeting will be held at city hall on June 14.
David Scott was told about the meeting by Laura on May 8.
