CALDWELL GOLF BOARD MEETING
Meeting of the Caldwell Golf Board was held at City Hall on June 9,1993 in
the Conference Room at 8:00 a.m.
Members Present:
Chairman Don Tolley, Bill Moad, Kris INouye,Lloyd Nelsen
Mike Garman.
Representing the Men's Association: Dave Paulsen.
Supt. Gordy Crockett
Community Services Director: Bill Schwinn.
Members Absent:Shirley Akagi.
Copies of the May Meeting along with the Agenda and Golf Receipts were
handed to each member.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Chairman Don Tolley reported on the information received from our attorney
in regard to the "Husband & Wife" Season Pass.
According to the two parties living as man and wife they are subject to
Common Law residents of Idaho, both must sign paper stating they are
living together.
Bill Schwinn-
Bill stated the openings on the fence off number 7 at Fairview will be done
this summer.( Close the openings)
Bill said he would get the letter to the "Home Owners" in the sub-divisions
around Purple Sage in regard to restrictions on children driving golf carts
or setting up any stands on the golf course.
Home Improvements of Boise are doing the Siding at Fairview cost $3090.00
The cost of the Awnings to be installed $760.00
The Rubber Tile to be used in the ladies restrooms in the clubhouses at
both courses would be around $5200.00
The new roof at Fairview is to be done this week also.
Gordy Crockett:
Gordy said they had moved all the c�rts and cleaned the cart sheds then
repainted the spaces. This was done June 2,1993.
Gordy said he hoped toget started on the Bunkers this week enlarging some
getting new sand in them.
Kris Inouye•
Kris said he had contacted Steve Fouts on the granite for the Sponsors names
it seems the truck went to another location so it will be done later this
summer.
Kris said a letter had been mailed to all sponsors for free golf and a dinner
this would be June 18,at 1:00 p.m.( Dinner to follow after golf)
Mike Garman•
Mike Garman a meeting on the "Long Range Committee" for June 23 at noon
Purple Sage.

Lloyd went over the Proposal received from "Gaylon Coates" on May 12,1993.
This is for the Irrigation Design.
The Proposal was for $15,000.
Bill Moad moved that we go with Mr. Coates, seconded by Lloyd Nelsen,
motion carried. �
Chairman Don asked Bill Schwinn if he would bring this Proposal to the
Council and Mayor.
Lloyd said he would get in touch with Mr. Canning about the Patio Cover
the Board would like to have this completed as soon as possible.

Bill said had nothing to report.
With no further business meeting adjourned at 9:00 a.m.
Next meeting will be July 14,1993 at 8:00 a.m. City Hall.
