SPECIAL GOLF BOARD MEETING
Special Golf Board meeting was held June 23,1994 at City Hall at noon
in the Council Room.
Chairman Tolley thanked everyone for coming for the opening of the Bids
for the planned Sprinkler System at Purple Sage.
Mayor Dick Winder opened each Bid then handed it to Don to be read.
Bill Schwind wrote each Bid on the Board so members could see the total
figures.
These are the Bids:

$1,227,400 = Toro
ESTIMATED TIME: 4'- Months
EVERGREEN (ARIZONA) $ 993,309 = Rainbird
ESTIMATED TIME: 120 Days $1,007,702 = Toro
ESTIMATED TIME: 100 DAYS
EVERGREEN ( B.C.) $1,092,815
ESTIMATED TIME: 12-14 WEEKS: $1,039.9�5
NATIONAL TURF(AZ)
Chairman Don asked the Board to study these figures and that a special
meeting would be held on June 29,1994 at Noon at City Hall.
Gordy Crockett,Bill Schwind, would get with Gordon Law and go over the
Bids to make sure all is legal.
The Board will give the recommendation at the meeting so that it can
be decided at the Council Meeting on July 5,1994.
