(Season passes to be effective from March 1, 2008 thru February 28, 2009.) Recommendation from E1 Jay Waite calls for a 5/ across the board increase. Ken Wheeler pointed out that , even after a 5% increase, our season pass rates would remain well-under those of other courses in our area. `' There was considerable discussion regarding a need to spread � more information relative to our favorable rate schedule; George Scott asked for consideration of a"winter season" pass to be rated and sold separates from the.regular season pass. . , _ , Jeff Osgood mentioned the possibility of creating a "life-time pass";sale of which would contribute to solving our current financial shortfall. ( � Chairman Osgood designated Gerald Schroder to serve as Secretary. KEN WHEELER REPORT Referenced the comprehensive capability for pertinent information that can be provided by the computer facility at Purple Sage. Made mention of his staffing and related comparative numbers regarding wage rates. Pointed up a specific need for action regarding acquisition of defribulators for both courses. There was discussion regarding possible volunteer collection effort to achieve necessary funds. Ken and staff will provide necessary training for use of such equipment. Indicated that, at such time as current snow recedes, there will be need for course clean-up before play may resume. He estimates this to be at least one day of work. �— LENNIE STROUP REPORT Snow cover has reduced activity at Fairview to the somewhat usual clubhouse socialization and course regular's fraternization. Mentioned one roofing problem and was directed to secure estimates for repair. NEW BUSINESS Motion by Larry Rich: "All season passes for 2008 are to be increased by 5� over the 2007 rates.�� Second by Geo gia Hersh: ��----__ � � - - - .
