AGENDA
CHARMAN REPOR
Meeting called to order at 8:00 a.m.
Informed of need to take action regarding season pass rates
for 2008. (Season passes to be effective from March 1, 2008
thru February 28, 2009.)
Recommendation from E1 Jay Waite calls for a 5/ across the
board increase.
Ken Wheeler pointed out that , even after a 5% increase, our
season pass rates would remain well-under those of other
courses in our area.
`' There was considerable discussion regarding a need to spread
 more information relative to our favorable rate schedule;
George Scott asked for consideration of a"winter season"
pass to be rated and sold separates from the.regular season
pass.
. , _ ,
Jeff Osgood mentioned the possibility of creating a
"life-time pass";sale of which would contribute to solving
our current financial shortfall.
(
Chairman Osgood designated Gerald Schroder to serve as
Secretary.
KEN WHEELER REPORT
Referenced the comprehensive capability for pertinent
information that can be provided by the computer facility at
Purple Sage.
Made mention of his staffing and related comparative numbers
regarding wage rates.
Pointed up a specific need for action regarding acquisition
of defribulators for both courses. There was discussion
regarding possible volunteer collection effort to achieve
necessary funds.
Ken and staff will provide necessary training for use of such
equipment.
Indicated that, at such time as current snow recedes, there
will be need for course clean-up before play may resume. He
estimates this to be at least one day of work.
— LENNIE STROUP REPORT
Snow cover has reduced activity at Fairview to the somewhat
usual clubhouse socialization and course regular's
fraternization.
Mentioned one roofing problem and was directed to secure
estimates for repair.
