Meeting was called to order and roll was tal�en.
CHAIRMAN REPORT:
TRAIL FEES:
Dan Rowell moved that the $20.00 increase earnlarked for cart path repairs will only
apply to Purple Sage and the trail fees for carts stored at Faiiview will remain the saine as
last year. Lorraine Navis seconded the motion. Discussion followed. Motion carried.
Leimy will infoinZ the golfers at Faiiview.

SPECIAL RATES:
It was reported that Mondays are slow days at PLUple Sage. To increase revenue
discussion was held on ruruling a special rate on Mondays. No final action was taken on
tlus issue.
Example: 2 for one with cart $45.00.
ADVERTISING:
Ads will taken in the Idaho Press Tribune and the Idaho Statesman to alert the public
about season pass rates, green fee rates and twilight rates at both courses.
We can insert a small notice in the water bills to get the infonnation out to the public.
MEETING LOCATION:
Discussion was held on moving the meetings back to town and holding them at the police
station. Tlus would allow us more room then we have available at city hall. This issue
was tabled until the March meeting.
REPORT FROM LENNY STROUP
Due to the snow conditions Lenny had nothing to report.
EL JAY WAITE
El Jay discussed ideas for increasing revenue and reducing otu expenses. These will be
discussed at the March meeting.
Due to snowy conditions at both courses there was no additional Uusiness. Meeting
adj ourned.
