Minutes from March 27, 2008 meeting approved after one name correction. UPDATE FROM KEN WHEELER Referenced the current watering activity and other procedures that are scheduled. Mentioned that the plan for some work was necessarily altered due to weather conditions; particularly the recent wind element. , . .. UPDATE FROM JOHN WATSON Had available copies of Sheriff Officer Hernandez' report regarding an altercation between certain golfers on April 4, 2008 at Purple Sage. As the matter has gone directly to the City, � there was no official discussion of the incident. Provided revenue report and made particular reference to the recently initiated reduced rate on Mondays. Initial result is quite favorable. Referenced the request from a church group that had expressed desire to rent clubhouse meeting room for Sunday activity. E1Jay Waite requested that the inquirers be referred to his office. ELJAY WAITE UPDATE There is currently consideration of marketing plans that would be directed toward attracting golfers from a determined portion of the Purple Sage area. The door is still open for further discussion with the CMGA regarding our marketing future. In answer to a member question, there is no current activity regarding the land sale. NEW BUSINESS Shirley presented a letter from Joe Jakubowski requesting credit on his 2007 season pass. Motion by Georgia Hersh "In adherence to our established. policy, request is denied." Second by Lorraine Navis. Passed by unanimous vote. Announcement Georgia Hersh announced that the CLGA will hold a yard sale at Purple Sage on Saturday, May 3, 2008. The event is to feature a golf theme. All are invited to participate by item donation and/or purchase. Meeting adjorned at 8:40 A.M. Submitted by Gerald Schroder. f����
